Orders will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Please be mindful that each item is handcrafted, if additional days are needed to complete your order you will be notified via email. Once shipped, your package should arrive in 2 to 3 business days after receiving the tracking number by email.
Okoá is not responsible for packages delayed in transit. This includes during holiday season.
After receiving your tracking number via email; once your package has shipped. Please allow 7 to 12 business days to receive your package.
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer which is not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information is sent out via email the day the order is shipped out.
